Why do people behave the way they do? This is the central question behind the Psych 20, which is the Social Psychology course. The initial unit covers several of the prominant perspectives that attempt to explain behaviour as well as the science behind studying people. It discusses the ethics of research involving human beings as well as several particular experiments famous for their unethical treatments. After that, we cover four major aspects of every person's life - their physical reasons for behaviour, their emotional ones, as well as mental and spiritual reasons. The format of most classes includes a motivational set that leads into a handout for you to follow as you view the instructional videos. These videos are recordings of live broadcast classes, so they include the discussions of students in those classes, as well as their answers or insights into topics.
