This is an introductory course and focuses on the basics of digital photography. You will learn about various topics throughout the course, including safety, camera functions, photographic skills, composition, lighting, image manipulation/adjustment, graphic editing, and career opportunities. You will apply technical knowledge by using a digital camera and the photo editing program Photoshop Elements. There will also be written assignments and quizzes throughout the course.
